I don't even have the game yet, so wild guess here, but if he's using fire dmg, try winter maybe. KD & cripple, the ward of stability and RC prot monk should counter that. Or wait for more people to get there.

Another lame look-how-far-I-am thread. I guess the thought of others "possibly" admiring your achievement outweighs screwing yourself out of $40?

Yes, because everyone knows that when someone asks for help, they're just bragging about how far they are.

OP, no clue tbh. Keep trying different builds, or wait until more people get that far.

Also, every bosses health regenerates, this one isn't different.

Im not really screwing myself out of 40 dollars if im enjoying the game, I got stuck and frustrated so ive turned over to questing around, but as all new things that comes out theres always going to be something that people complain about and eventually someones is going to mention it, so I did, if i wanted to show off how far i was i could have posted up pictures or something

edit ^ to the above post I was just thinking of the health regen because similar to abaddon, when you deal damage he doesnt regenerate the health so you can keep going at it.

Based on the content of the OP perhaps he is not Hero and Henchable, since they can't pick up powder kegs. Yet with real players you can have multiple people picking up powder kegs. May be a case that OP is SOL til more people get there to help with carrying the kegs.

That might have been the problem. After 60dp I would rush in drop a bomb and rush out usualy his shot would take out all my henchies/hero also at 60dp and i would repeat until he needed 1 more, then I would flag my henchies away get hit by the blast myself and the last bomb would blow letting him be vulnerable, but then my henchies would walk over the lava spots on the ground and id be like oh noes >.< as we rez up his carapace and any dmg i do always recover -.-.

what heros and henchies are you taking? got enough interrupts? can you shut down some of his casting with hexes and such? i don't have the game yet...sigh...stupid work and end of the month or else i would have just stayed home today...but NO anet had to release on the end of the month..../end rant...back to the OP i would be interested in knowing what you are running etc...so i don't do the same thing once i get there sometime next MONTH!

I do have my gwen interrupt, but he casts at 3/4s speed and she doesnt interrupt it for some reason yet ive seen her do it before >.<. I am a warrior, with a water ele, interrupt mes, lod monk, and my henchies were devona, cynn, and aiden.

Some bosses cannot be easily interrupted. Maybe set one of your necro heroes has mass hexes and degen to shut the boss down?

maybe ill try that, but right now my morale for it is dead at the moment lol. Im not sure about degen but he is only able to be hit by damage after his carapace is broken (3 fire bomb things). otherwise its alot of 0s and the hench heros still like to take swings at em. Also on a side note you have to go through 3 dungeon levels to reach him fighting mild amounts of undead and such.

I just beat him, no problem. I was expecting a hard battle, but this was a disappointment. It took me 2 times of using the explosives to beat him. I was running a DSlash warrior, Master was running SS, Vekk was running fire, then I had dunkoro, 2 monk henchies, zho and eve.

My apologies to the OP. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Guess getting 3 hrs of sleep after GW:EN releasing will do that.

If going for interrupt maybe try broad head arrow or spinal shivers. And what kind of prot monk are you running?
